What we do

Three jobs, done properly

1 · Sourcing

We buy from factories we have worked with for years, and we keep stock on the sizes that move fastest. No middle layer between you and the production line.

2 · Inspection

Three checkpoints per order: material and casting marks on arrival, dimensions in process, quantity and packing before dispatch.

3 · Export handling

Packing lists, commercial invoices, photos before loading, and FOB, CIF or DDP shipping — with your forwarder or ours.

Quality control

Three checkpoints, one photo report

The part that matters most to you is the one that fails. So this is where we spend our time.

Incoming check

Casting marks, hardness and dimensions verified against the drawing or sample before anything enters the order.

In-process check

Dimensional checks run on the line, not after the batch is boxed. Non-conforming parts are pulled out at the source.

Pre-shipment check

Every carton opened, quantities counted against the packing list, then photographed for your approval.

FAQ

What is your minimum order? One box for stock items, so you can test us before committing. Bulk prices start from a container or LCL shipment.
How long is the lead time? Stock items usually ship within 3–7 days. Production runs are typically 15–30 days depending on the part.
Can I get a sample first? Yes. We send samples before bulk orders, and you can inspect the part yourself before deciding.
What if a part is wrong or fails? Send photos. If it is our error we replace it in the next shipment or credit it. If it is a defect we replace it and investigate the cause.
Do you supply other products? Yes — excavator parts are our main line, but we source other industrial goods from China as well. Send the spec and we will quote.
